This approach will deliver a long-term solution, but requires a diverse range of skills to be fully effective. It may involve careful analysis of relevant risk management systems, procedures and protocols in order to assess their suitability and fitness for purpose and facilitate assessment of any 'people problems'

• Provision of ongoing support, advice and co-ordination during implementation of proposed solution.
